28. Career market 2025 in Eberswalde
Off to new worlds!
"Where should we go?" There were answers to this question at the weekend! On 25 January 2025, over 100 exhibiting companies and universities showed what the Barnim-Uckermark region has to offer professionally. As in previous years, the 28th careers market took place at the Barnim Upper Secondary School Centre II in Eberswalde. The event was organised by the Eberswalde Employment Agency, the Barnim Job Centre and the city of Eberswalde. This year's motto: "Off to new worlds!". Mayor and patron of the careers market, Götz Herrmann, welcomed all those present to the opening with motivating words: "You have an exciting and thrilling time ahead of you. Eberswalde not only offers an impressive variety of professions with innovative ideas, but also the training to go with them. The search for your professional future is exciting, but it is worth looking forward to this decision with curiosity!"
Interested parties not only had the opportunity to find out about possible vocational training programmes, but also internships and study places in the region. If you had already found your favourite company, you had the unique opportunity to apply directly at the job market.
In addition to the Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal and the University for Sustainable Development, the city of Eberswalde was once again present with an information stand and provided information about the variety of apprenticeships offered by the city administration. The city administration is still offering two attractive training opportunities for those interested in applying by 31 January: a position as an "administrative assistant (m/f/d) specialising in local administration" and a "dual university of applied sciences degree in administrative informatics". The job advertisements can be found on the homepage of the City of Eberswalde.
