on the website www.museum-eberswalde.de you can now find even more information on current exhibitions and events at our centre.
The city and regional museum is located in the traditional Adler pharmacy not far from Eberswalde's market square. In its historical ambience, you can experience a journey through time through the history of the house, town and region on around 700 square metres, including sustainability topics and thematically changing special exhibitions.
In the permanent exhibition, exciting installations, modern exhibition design and over 1,000 exhibits illustrate Eberswalde's history. Numerous media, interactive and audio stations invite visitors to interactively discover and experience stories and history. You can also marvel at the complete replica of the famous Eberswalde gold treasure, the most important gold find from the Bronze Age in Central Europe.
The exhibition is barrier-free and offers people with visual impairments the opportunity to explore the city's history on their own. Audio guides in German, English and Polish are also available for the museum tour.
